How it works
For funeral homes
Voicemails transformed into lasting keepsakes, managed by your staff.
The estimated commercial launch is the first quarter of 2027.
Start from Check availability on the homepage, or from an availability QR code. Enter your name, email, and the funeral home address. The funeral-home name and phone number are optional.
If the address cannot be verified, or the territory is already taken, the request is saved to the waitlist and we email you that it was received. From that screen you can contact us or try another address.
When the territory is open, you see Geo-exclusivity and the Pilot Program. If the 30 pilot spots are full, you see Geo-exclusivity only, and the Pilot Program is marked full. Confirm that territory before you choose a plan. The address is not opened again after payment. The confirmation email is the written record that it is locked. Choose a plan. That plan's conference code is filled in, and you can clear it. Sign the agreement and verify your email. We check the pilot spots again before payment. If they filled while you were signing, Pilot checkout stops and Geo-exclusivity stays open.
Checkout shows the price and any discount you entered. If payment does not go through, reenter payment and retry. After payment, the territory you confirmed is locked, the confirmation email is sent, and you open the funeral home dashboard. The address is not edited on that screen.
After signup, activate a memorial line and share the number. Callers leave a spoken memory. The recording, transcript, and caller-based summary appear in the dashboard before anyone chooses to share them. Staff can correct a contributor name or the written memory. The original audio stays as it was recorded.
Families get a private link for the same review. They can correct the name and transcript, then choose Make Shareable or Family Only. Keepsake, Tribute, Memorial, and Legacy are the words we use for what the family keeps.
