1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sacred Strand (the "Service"), operated by Leporia Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sacred Strand is a SaaS platform that enables organizations to collect, manage, and share voice stories via dedicated phone numbers. The Service includes a branded website, AI-powered transcription and moderation, and an administrative dashboard.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
- If payment fails, your account may be suspended after 30 days and phone numbers released after an additional 14 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or collect content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of all stories and content collected through your account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transcribe, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Content
The Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Leporia Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
7. Content Moderation
We use automated AI moderation and may manually review content to ensure compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from callers who record stories through your phone number.

Account administrators may delete individual stories at any time through the dashboard. Deletion is permanent and removes the audio recording, transcript, and all associated data. Callers may also request deletion of their stories by contacting the organization or by emailing [email protected].
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for any downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leporia Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leporia Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leporia Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
